Community Living Resources

PURPOSE
Community Living Resources provides individualized services to people with disabilities allowing them to remain as independent, as possible in their community.

SERVICES

Independent Living Services:
Independent Living Services provides individual instruction in skills necessary for community integration, and is geared toward achieving independence in living, working and socializing in their community.

Community Support Services:
Community Support Services provides transportation needs to medical appointments and other various destinations.

In-Home Respite Services:
In-Home Respite Services helps families to cope and continue as a functioning unit and allows the person with disabilities to remain at home.

Interpreter Services:
Interpreter Services provides translators for non-English speaking persons.
